Johnson Creek flows through the new "Coldwater Springs Nature Area" off of Ridge Road in Northville Michigan. This stretch of the creek was very brushy and had tons of logs and other structure that fish love, but makes fishing a challenge.. Don't bother fishing here with a fly-rod. Bring your ultra-light spinning rod, some hip waders, and a handful of nymphs, and plan on doing alot of climbing over downed trees and steep banks. Come here, Trout - I have a fly for you!
